AI tools are everywhere right now, and it’s no secret that they can help businesses create content, strategies, and plans. With so many platforms available, you might wonder if you could just use AI to do what I do—or if I’m using AI as a shortcut while you’re still paying me full price.

Let me set the record straight with full transparency.

I don’t put my head in the sand and pretend AI doesn’t exist. Instead, I choose to work with it, in ways that benefit my clients. I continually test new AI tools to understand their capabilities in areas like web design, brand creation, content creation, and PR. From my experience, these tools can be helpful for things like market research, structuring content plans, and gathering industry insights.

When I feel that AI can add value to my work—like helping me create better strategies or gain deeper knowledge—I’ll use it as a supporting tool. But here’s the key: I never use AI to take shortcuts or replace the creative work that you pay me for. To be honest, many of the AI outputs I've seen are the stuff cringe-nightmares are made of.

What sets me apart is my years of expertise, my understanding of human needs and behaviour, and the time I invest in getting to know each client as a unique individual with their own hopes, dreams, and personality. This is what allows me to create authentic brands and meaningful marketing content. AI simply can’t capture the heart and soul of a person or merge that into a brand story—that’s where I come in.

When it comes to design—whether it’s web design, social media visuals, newsletters, or media releases—I haven’t found an AI tool that closes to producing the kind of thoughtful, tailored designs I create manually. Every design I produce is carefully crafted to honour your brand’s look and feel, reflect your values, and connect with your audience on a deeper level.

These designs come from my creativity and expertise—not from a machine.
So yes, I use AI as an assistive tool for things like research and planning when it makes sense. But all of my creative outputs—whether it’s content, strategies, or designs—are 100% the result of my skills, experience, and deep understanding of your brand. My goal is always to honour your story and connect you with your ideal audience in a way that feels authentic and human.
